Cleardrink™ is the first in history handheld, pocket-sized, single-use device for instant detection of methanol in alcoholic drinks.

Besides methanol, Cleardrink™ is designed to detect ethylene glycol and the rape drug GHB (γ-aminobutyric acid) as well.

The core of Cleardrink™ is a system of two interconnected vials, reactor and detector. Device provides permanent color result in seconds after the injection of a small sample of the drink.

Cleardrink™ is a patented test in Greece (Patent GR1009603B) which utilizes a unique, innovative technology of advanced oxidation and instantly converts the harmful substances to detectable gas, while non harmful substances are kept in the liquid phase.

Essentially, Cleardrink™ is an inexpensive technology ready to enter the market for the first time in human history as a useful tool in the pocket of the consumers and the law enforcement authorities.

Cleardrink™ has been tested in real conditions for repeatability and accuracy. Repeatability of its innovative analytical method is 100%, limit of detection is >0,3% in terms of methanol content.

Currently, Cleardrink™ is under final prototype development. Funding or investment is being seeked to enter the market soon.
